This is the privacy policy for the Android mobile application “Photo Vault” available on Google Play Store. Photo Vault is dedicated to protecting the privacy of who uses or accesses the app. This privacy policy describes how Photo vault uses and handles personal information it gets from users for “Photo Vault” to function properly. Photo Vault privacy policy is applicable either app is used or only accessed. We may make changes in the privacy policy which will be effective as soon as it is posted.

Permissions Required:       

     a)      App Permissions:

Write/Read Storage: Read and Write internal and external storage in order to access Photos from gallery

Camera: Access camera in order to take a picture instantly and hide it immediately

     b)     Permissions Provided by Users:

Users are required to provide their email address in order to create a backup of the hidden pictures in Photo Vault on Google drive. The email address is to identify the user so that the back up is created on the associated Google drive account only.

This information is not saved by us or on any third-party server, therefore cannot be used by anyone on any public platform.

    c)      Transaction Details:

Whenever you make any in-app purchases we collect only information necessary to make the purchase successful. This information includes your name, payment information and billing information.

Sharing Information with Third Parties:

Photo vault allows its users to share photos or videos on social networking platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc as well as via text messages or email. The sharing of content or information is controlled solely by the user. PhotoVault does not share any information with anyone or on any platform whatsoever. Sharing information is fully in control of the user only.

Photo Vault has no Third party collaboration therefore, we do not share any information with anyone.

Security and Storage Information:

Photo vault considers user privacy to be of utmost importance. Since we do not save information we get from the user or the data saved by the user in vault on any server, therefore we cannot access or use the information or data on any platform.

This is responsibility of Photo Vault to educate its users that no system is completely safe. Thus if the user data is compromised by any means and there is any kind of involvement of our app we will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter.

Moreover, the storage information is also provided by user and as a result backup of Photo Vault is created on the associated Google drive. We do not get any such information automatically. Hence, users are requested to provide the correct information to avoid any misunderstandings.
